3. Recipients

Data may be shared with technical providers acting as data processors (hosting, booking platform, email, analytics) under signed agreements. No international transfers outside the EEA are made unless explicitly disclosed.

4. Retention

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and for the legal periods required by Spanish tax and consumer law.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right not to be subject to automated decisions by emailing info@sevitonina.es. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS encryption, restricted access, regular reviews) to protect personal data.
