1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the contracting of services offered through the website sevitonina.es, owned by Kindergarden Jardilín S.L. (“Sevitonina”). By making a booking or contacting us, you fully accept these Terms together with the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.
2. Services
Sevitonina offers wellness and cultural experiences in Sevilla combining flamenco and applied neuroscience, including Essence (shared sessions), Groups & Corporate (private group sessions) and Privé Collection (bespoke experiences for hotels and luxury partners).
3. Bookings and payment
Bookings are made through the website. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT (IVA) where required. Payment is processed by certified payment providers; Sevitonina does not store credit card data.
4. Cancellations and changes
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the experience: full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: no refund.
- Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Customer obligations
Customers undertake to arrive on time, respect the venue and other participants, and follow the safety instructions of the team. Sevitonina reserves the right to refuse entry or interrupt an experience in case of disruptive behaviour, without entitlement to a refund.
6. Liability
Sevitonina is liable only for direct damages attributable to its own conduct, up to the price paid for the experience. No flamenco dance skills are required to participate; all activities are designed to be accessible.
7. Intellectual property
The “Sevitonina” name, methodology and content are protected under Spanish and EU intellectual property law. Customers may not record or reproduce the experiences without prior written consent.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Sevilla, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law provides for a different forum. EU users may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
